Returns for online orders and catalog orders
You will find a pre-addressed return label on the front of your packing slip.
1. Be sure to complete the Product Return Form (on the back of the Packing Slip) and enclose it with the items you are returning.
2. Pack the items and attach the pre-addressed return label to the package. Remove or cover the original shipping label.

Please allow two to three weeks for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement. A refund check will be issued if you use PayPal.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
If your purchase time is still within 30 days, we are happy to provide you with a refund or replacement service. After we receive the returned product, our after-sales service staff will arrange a refund or replacement within 1-3 days.
